I’m Kareem El-Assal, Principal of El-Assal Insights, and Founder of Section 95, a website dedicated to analyzing Canada’s immigration system.

I provide Canadian immigration services to business, government, and non-profit clients. My focus areas include policy analysis, research, strategy, communications, technology, and digital marketing.

I have 15 years of Canadian immigration experience, working in business, government, and non-profit environments. I have authored over 500 immigration publications, organized over 20 events, delivered over 100 presentations, and been interviewed by the media over 70 times. I have been cited in the Government of Canada’s 2020 Annual Report to Parliament on Immigration, and studies conducted by Canada’s Parliament, Statistics Canada, the OECD, among others.

I have provided Canadian immigration policy advice to the Canadian Senate and Parliament, federal, provincial, and territorial governments, Deloitte, McKinsey & Company, the Boston Consulting Group, and government delegations from Sweden, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany and Switzerland.
